By booking a session with KSB Photography, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your booking date. Full payment terms will be outlined prior to the session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

Image Delivery

Final edited images are delivered digitally. Raw, unedited files are not provided.

Copyright

KSB Photography retains copyright of all images. Clients receive personal usage rights. Commercial usage requires written permission.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality service, KSB Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather or unforeseen events.
